JEDDAH CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT (JCD)

Jeddah Central Development (JCD) is a mega-project located on prime brownfield waterfront property at the heart of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. The project occupies approx. 5 million Square Meter of land that will be developed into a new heart for Jeddah, functioning as an international destination with premier offerings, iconic attractions and as a gateway to the Red Sea.

JEDDAH ISLAMIC PORT (JIP)

Jeddah Islamic Port requires to carry out works for the Deepening and expansion of the northern and southern approach channels, maneuvering basins, marine lanes, and southern terminal basin.

KING SALMAN MARITIME INTERNATIONAL COMPLEX FOR MARITIME INDUSTRIES AND SERVICES PROJECT: DREDGING WORKS FOR THE EXCAVATION OF COFFERDAM - PACKAGE 5

KING SALMAN MARITIME INTERNATIONAL COMPLEX FOR MARITIME INDUSTRIES AND SERVICES PROJECT: SEPCO PILING WORKS PROJECT – PACKAGE 4

Saudi Aramco is currently developing King Salman International Complex for Maritime Industries and Services Project in Ras Al Khair, 80 km North of Jubail Industrial City in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia to create a world class facility, providing a combination of offshore fabrication, new shipbuilding, Offshore Support Vessels (OSV) and Maintenance, Repairs and Overhauling (MRO) services including Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCC) capabilities.

RED SEA VILLAGE – DREDGING AND RECLAMATION WORKS

This project is located on the coast of the Red Sea in North Obhur area in Jeddah City. The project includes dredging and reclamation that will create water channel connected to the Red Sea which extend to the different areas of the project. Including Marina and Beaches.

YANBU PHASE 4 – RO INDEPENDENT WATER PROJECT

Construction of Yanbu 4 IWP sea water desalination plant, the seawater intake and outfall facilities and other associated facilities and infrastructures for the plant. It will have a production capacity of 450,000 m3/Day of potable water once it is completed.
